AIEA Balancing

TheSLEEPINGBEAUTYEXACTofLORE/CREATORofEARTHandALLEXACT, Training of The BODY in LOCOMOTION and SPACE.


When You Train The BODY, You Must Train MINDFULLY.  You Must ATTEND At All Times.  Warriors Know This, and Chinese and Japanese Warriors also Know This: I Trained Manually. I First Trained for GLOBAL, or ALL, Awareness, Which is Knowing Where You Are In Relation to EVERYTHING, and, Also, of the MIND, ALL PRESENT in SPACE Around You.  As I Grew, I Trained, Then, for BODY AWARENESS.


The FIRST Was BALANCING on The FLOOR.  I Wished To STRETCH, and To BUILD STRENGTH and MUSCLE, Without Too Much MASS, and Sitting and BUILDING in BALANCE was The START, in Stockton California, Across from UOP [University of The Pacific] in a Downstairs Clothes Washing Room, in Which I Sheltered At The Time.


AIREIL


Sit on Floor.   LEGS Up.  Balance in MANY DIFFERENT Positions: Do Not Worry About The Way of The Position, Just BALANCE.  Do Not Grow Tired, but Move When Tiring Starts: Do Not Allow It to Sit.  What You Are Doing is TRAINING Yourself to NOT be TIRED, or To NOT PUT UP with TIREDNESS.  This Should Continue Until You Grow Tired, and Do Not Continue if You Are Tired.  I Smile When I Tell Many, It Does No Good to Work Tired.  Lay Down and Let Your Body REST, which is YET Another LESSON, and CRUCIAL to TheASTARITEFAITH.  REST.  In Most Human Beings, The BODY Does NOT REST ENOUGH.  I Rest While Fighting, I Rest While Walking, I Rest While Working.  This is a TRUTH.  Also, Another Love of This AREIL is to Hold The KNEES With Hands in Comfortable Position to REST, if You Wish to Continue, and MEDITATE.  This Means That You Let Go, and The MIND At AWARENESS, A Type of REST, Which I'll Explain as You Where You Are.

SMALL ARAIS: 
Sit on CUSHION, to TAILBONE, Place HEAD at TOP of CUSHION.  You Must Start by the Left Leg over the RIGHT, and You Will BALANCE and Stretch Through the Stretches, and in CONTINUOUS, Slow, and, Also, RESTING, STOPPING Motion.  The CUSHION Provides a Way to 'Hang' The BODY in POSITIONS That Stretch Gently, and in Beauty, In Stopping, in 'Hanging' The BODY in SPACE for BALANCING, and MEDITATION, and RESTING in a POSITION in BALANCE.  I Teach AIEA BALANCING in 15 Minutes.




LARGE ARAIS:
For BALANCING ONLY, and in a STATE of HEIGHT, and in DEEP STRETCHING of the MUSCLES and BODY.  It is SIMILAR to the ABOVE, but is More COMPLEX in BALANCING.  I'm Still in the Process of DEVELOPING the BALANCING and STRETCHING.  Some Might SLEEP Upon The LARGER, but it is HIGHLY Unlikely Unless in PERFECT BALANCE.  I Do Not Recommend Due to Possible Hurt to PHYSICAL.
